Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order, and most US orders arrive in 7 to 12 business days after they ship. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Ordering for Halloween? Place your order by October 15 for US delivery before October 31.

We also ship internationally. International rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay, and most international orders arrive in 10 to 20 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, delays are outside our control, though if something looks stuck, contact us and we'll help chase it.

If tracking says delivered and you don't have it, check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll work it out.

We aren't responsible for delays or extra charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, so double-check yours at checkout.
