Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the costume must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Get in touch through our contact page before you send anything back, and we'll give you the return address.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing. If that happens, tell us and we'll cover it.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email you either way. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. How quickly it appears after that is up to your bank.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong size, message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it.
